Woman calls 911 over lack of shrimp in fried rice

HALTOM CITY, Texas – A woman called 911 to report she didn't get as much shrimp as she wanted in her fried rice at a Fort Worth-area restaurant. Police on Tuesday released the taped emergency call, in which the customer is heard telling the dispatcher, "to get a police officer up here, what has to happen?" The customer also said: "He didn't even put extra shrimp in there."

The upset customer was gone when an officer arrived Monday afternoon.

Restaurant workers said the woman had been denied a refund after leaving with her order, then returning to complain.

Cook June Lee said there was nothing wrong with the meal, and that "some customers are happy. Some are not."

I've been a premium member of Gopets for several years now. Last year I haven't really been playing and am contemplating not renewing when it runs out in May. But then how would I get rid of the 22,377 pink shells? Not to mention that my guys are spoiled.

Let it be known that I am eating what is apparently the world's worse rice pudding. That I made myself. A week ago.

Fat-free Lactaid sucks and that was my full of fail attempt to use up the majority of it. The rest went into making pistachio pudding (yeh. I didn't know they made that type of pudding mix either. Dude... what are ALMONDS doing in PISTACHIO pudding?)

Anyway, been busy. New Boss Adjustment time leading to HOMG it's Fall admissions deadline time equals no life for me. However, I did pick up a few used DS games from Gamestop (Touchmaster, Pokemon Trozei and Seventh Wonder of the Ancient World). Yeh I'm in puzzle mode and Clubhouse games can only go so far.

Gonna have to pass this rice pudding crap onto ze favored sibling. Which will probably cause me to lose my only favored sibling :p

But I can't eat this no more. The whole reason why I bought Lactaid was because I'm lactose intolerant. Now please to excuse me. Lactaid is full of fail.

Couldn't sleep last night so I caught the last half hour or so of last night's SNL. Neil Patrick Harris is the bomb. Taylor Swift is sorta like a bomb. Quite a vacant look in her eyes but she has more talent than say... Brittney... but that's not sayin much.

Even better was the spoof on the Burger King Whopper Virgins ad. They started it off so good I switched channels because I LOATHE that ad campaign. Eventually it dawned on me that it's way too long for a regular ad and watched the rest of it. Too bad they don't have that clip up.

Actually I just ate lunch. Didn't want to start hitting DDR so soon. Oh yes. I got DDR X for the PS2 from ze Hubband for crimbo. Much <3 to both
